Replace one machine

Write rated capacity in lb or kg, drum width, rope or strap type, and whether the remote is wired, wireless or a pendant. A 12v electric winch 1000 lb nameplate is not enough if the load center, free lift or mounting plate differs from the unit you are retiring.

Check site interfaces

Record battery voltage, cable length to the 12 V DC supply, aisle width around the mount, and whether the winch sits on a vehicle deck, a mezzanine rail or a wheelchair platform. Site work, anchors and commissioning stay named extras unless the RFQ says they are in factory scope.
